Hi, I’m Maya.

I started doing this because I kept watching good brands earn great placement and then get stuck. The distribution was there. The shelf wasn’t pulling its weight, and nobody owned the gap between the strategy and the store.

I came up on the retail floor, leading visual merchandising for a national retailer, so I think in shelves, displays, and shoppers, not slides. Today I partner with Proximo Spirits and run trade marketing and merchandising programs from first idea to final install: the strategy, the POS, the vendors, and every deadline in between.

You work with me. Not a junior team, not a hand-off, not a deck and a goodbye. One senior operator who does the work and owns the result.

Do you execute, or just advise?

Both, but execution is the point. I manage programs end to end through a vetted vendor network, from the first idea to the final install, not just the recommendation.
